When I was working with Redfm I made sure our videos trend when we post. I started to work on our page when it was in 15000 Subscribers. . Our video was trending on top of Times now YouTube live which was doing Karnataka Elections Live I have started YouTube channels for Redfm and Facebook pages. To be honest it was a big struggle for me to convince the Radio people to what I was believing. I am happy most of them were followed and all the channels are popular and doing well. The strategy was simple everyone wants to see the candid of the celebs in social media pages. That can be done with the live which was contradicting with our Radio programs and now after th Covid lockdown I think everything is adopted to digital and it's working great now.
